WORRIED & NOT SMILING

Pros:
Smile lines less prominant in a way. Face looks fuller after having lost weight, not so saggy.
|
Cons:
Prominant raised lines after 24 hours. Am going on holiday in 1 week and didn't anticipate having to wear make up on the beach to cover up marks.Don't think that lines will smooth out before I go. Need advice. Please help?

I decided to have my smile lines improved by undergoing collagan therapy. All the literature I had read and indeed the consultant said that it would appear natural and improve the area I wanted to treat. The procedure was relatively painless and cost effective. It took about 15 mins to administer.
At the end of the procedure I was told not to drink alchol, have a hot shower or bath and not to touch the area. I was worried aabout the way my smile lines looked as they were raised, much lighter than my skin and prominant. I was re-assured that this would go by the time I got home (in about 1 hour.)12 hours later although the swelling has reduced the collagen is still obvious and I am really worried.I am going on holiday in 1 week and don't wish to wear heavy make-up on the beach etc. Please can you help?
