After my divorce, I lost my hair as well as my breasts, due to stress. Having saline implants endoscopically done was the best way to get back to ME. After the procedure, done on Wednesday, I was up and out in public by Friday.
For the first 24 hours, I was questioning WHY I did this voluntarily. It was hard to lift my arms for 2 days, but I compared it to a really good chest/arm workout.
I would recommend having it done with the implants under the breast muscle, since it feels the most natural. Even my female OBGYN said she couldn't tell forsure the first time she gave me a breast exam. She was amazed!
It made me feel like I was me again, just a bit more "developed" then I was before. I feel VERY natural, comfortable and VERY happy with this decision.

Here are more details:

How results differed from what I expected:
I am thrilled with the results. I didn't expect them to feel so natural. Two boyfriends just KNEW they were REAL, and since I have no children, that was their rationale.

Biggest fears pre-procedure:
He'd make them too big, and I would be noticably larger than I was before.

Healing aids used:
none

Number of years I thought about having the procedure:

Had an elective procedure before:
