'Did not want to swim...'

Pros:
great looking abs
Cons:
a little pain
Cost:
3000

Healing time:
2 weeks

Pain-o-meter:  5

I titled this can't swim because I was always self-conscious about cellulite I have on outer thighs. I avoided anything that had to do with exposing my body and phys. ed. in school for me was a nightmare. Although I never had a weight problem I still had cellulite that disgusted me so for that I avoided learning to swim. Years later I became pregnant with my 1st child and went from 125pds.to 215pds. I have terrible stretch marks and sagging skin left on my buttocks and thighs as a result of losing 90pds.I am a fitness instructor but will never wear tights for fear that people can see the sagging skin. I look great until I take my shorts off and reality hits me in the face again. I even wrote to Oprah about my situation hoping she'd find a great surgeon for me and have me on the show for free surgery. No such luck! I am very physically fit and have tried to fix this with weight training but it resists.

My tummy tuck looks great especially since I work out so hard, people compliment my abs all the time but if they only new what was under my shorts. My legs are thin as rails yet from the medius gluteus to the inner/outer thighs is quite a sight. Boo/Hoo the skinny girl has loose skin and cellulite, some might say, but if you only new how hard I work to fix this naturally you could then sympathize.

I'm not some anorexic, throwing up, body image problem; I am a result of gaining too much weight and bad genetics as far as skin elasticity. I don't really know why I am writing all this but I hope some one can give me some information on the great results they had from a buttock/thigh lift and a doctor referral that will also finance. It's been 7yrs since my tummy tuck and a military doctor did my surgery. They do not offer cosmetic surgery unless you are a priority (burn victim or some other abnormalities).

Our weight alone is not a sufficient measure to assess our risk for disease. Total body fat, fat distribution and the consequences of dieting must be considered as well.
