I had my first child when I was 17 so I really cant remember what it was like to have a flat stomach without stretchmarks all over it. I was always scared that people were judging me. After going to the dentist and the assistant telling me I look pregnant, I felt like it was time to do something. So about 2 years ago, i went on the slimfast diet and worked out.
I lost 25 pounds but still had a nasty sagging, stretch marked stomach. i decided that I was going to do this for me. Noone else! and I am so thrilled with the results I can not even express the feeling. I love how I look. I was a size 16 2 years ago and now after slimfast, working out and a Tummy tuck I wear a 10!if you are thinking about this, you will not regret it! But find a good Doctor and ask to see pictures of TT that he has done. GOOD LUCK! It is wonderful!!

Our weight alone is not a sufficient measure to assess our risk for disease. Total body fat, fat distribution and the consequences of dieting must be considered as well.
