I am going through a lot in my life and feel I need a lift,

Pros:
I love the way people look after the surgery! Oh I feel so uncomfy with this belly. I have worked hard to lose the weight and tried to exercise with no success. I think that a tummy tuck would improve my looks and self esteem. I am 44 so oops! should have lost this weight a long time ago. Poor skin will not go back to its original shape. I have seen such remarkable differences in peoples looks and attuitudes after their surgery.
Cons:
Trying to decide about having a tummy tuck. To find a local Doctor who is certified and doesn't cause such horrible scars I have seen pictures of those who have kindly shared. I have lost weight and I have this horrible tummy! My butt has fallen and looks like a basset hound. My boobs! Lordy they left me and are not so pretty anymore.

Oh boy some of the scars and stories about pain. Scares me to end up looking worse then before I have the surgery. I wonder if I can have the surgery because of my health issues. I am guessing at how much the pain would be since I haven't had the surgery yet. Just from the stories I have read can I try to judge that.
