I had eyelid surgery at the same time which was much more horrendous than lipo. The surgeon only used on small incision and did my abdomen from there. It felt more like sore muscles than anything else, but stretching didn't ease the tightness. the tension garment was a chore to wear but helped especially the first 2 weeks.
My surgeon was very good as was his staff. I was having this becuase having kids created this big tummy I couldn't diet away. I tried to lose it several times through diet, but I lost so much weight in my face I looked worse rather than better and still had this big tummy. Forget wearing hip hugging pants! Since I was doing the eye surgery, I thought I would try it there too. Now I wished he'd taken a little off the hips too!!
The skin is gradually tightening up, but I expected it to look worse longer than it has.
