I have 3 children, 1 set of twins. I only gained 38 lbs with each preg but my belly was HUGE with the twins. My muscles split down the center and I got a belly button hernia and had a ton of loose skin.
I'm tall, fit and my tummy looked ok in clothes. Insurance would have paid for a regular surgeon but I wanted a good PS. Did full tummy tuck and lipo on tummy waste hips and arms 10 days ago. Day 1 through 4 sucked! Day 3 got hit with wave of depression. Day 4 felt much better when the drains and meds were gone. I work from home so I did a little work each day and was fine to work by day 6.
Day 8 went shopping and resumed most activities but no exercise yet. Wearing garmets and pretty swollen and it still hurts where the stitches and bruises are but can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Here are more details:

About 70 percent of young women try to lose weight. That dissatisfaction with their body weight stays with them into adulthood.
